This privilege is exclusively available for “The 60th Anniversary Celebration for ONYX Hospitality” campaign. ONYX customers may register as a member via the ONYX Hospitality Group website to receive a promotional code, which can be used when making a reservation through Hertz Thailand (Pay Now payment only).

1. This privilege is subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking.
2. The special rate is valid for Pay Now bookings paid by credit card only.
3. The special rate includes the following benefits:
   • Complimentary Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) with No Deductible (No Deduct).
   • Complimentary Weekend Charge Waiver (no additional charge on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
   • One (1) complimentary additional driver.
   • Unlimited mileage.
   • 7% Value Added Tax (VAT).
4. This privilege does not include Tire and Windshield Protection (TW), Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), or any optional services. These may be purchased separately at any Hertz Thailand branch nationwide.
5. In the event of damage or loss that cannot be recovered, the renter will be responsible for any amount exceeding THB 30,000.
6. Vehicles may only be picked up and returned during branch operating hours. An additional fee of THB 535 per transaction (inclusive of 7% VAT) will apply for after-hours pickup or return services.
7. The renter must present a valid credit card bearing the same name as the renter for the rental agreement and a security deposit authorization of THB 5,000 at the time of vehicle collection. Hertz Thailand does not accept debit cards, cash, or bank transfers for rental payment or security deposit authorization under any circumstances. All required documents must be original documents issued by the relevant authorities and must be valid and unexpired.
8. This privilege is valid for reservations at 15 participating Hertz Thailand locations.
9. This privilege is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
10. Reservation changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. A service fee of THB 200 per amendment will apply. Requests must be submitted to reserve@hertzthailand.com. All confirmed reservations are non-refundable, except in cases caused by the provider or force majeure events.
11. One-way rentals are available for rentals of 3 days or more:

• Rentals of 3–4 days are subject to a one-way fee based on the applicable distance.
• Rentals of 5 days or more may return the vehicle free of charge at any of the following 15 participating locations:

2. Bangkok – Suvarnabhumi Airport
3. Bangkok – Don Mueang International Airport
4. Pattaya – Windmill Plaza
5. Chiang Mai International Airport
6. Mae Fah Luang Chiang Rai Airport
7. Phuket International Airport
8. Phuket Jungceylon Patong
9. Krabi International Airport
10. Surat Thani International Airport
11. Hat Yai
12. Samui International Airport
13. Udon Thani International Airport
14. Ubon Ratchathani International Airport
15. Khon Kaen International Airport

One-way return fees will apply in all cases involving Nan, Phitsanulok, Nakhon Si Thammarat, and Trang branches.

Important Notes

• Hertz Thailand reserves the right to place a security deposit hold of THB 5,000 on the renter’s credit card. The credit card holder’s name must match both the renter’s name and the driver's license holder's name.
• This special promotion includes two additional exclusive benefits, available only during the campaign period and subject to the specified conditions. As the online booking system primarily displays standard rental terms and conditions, these additional benefits may not appear on the booking page. However, customers who complete their reservations in accordance with the promotional terms will receive all applicable benefits under this campaign.
