Terms & Conditions

This promotion is reserved exclusively for KTC members with sufficient KTC FOREVER points and who complete the redemption process via the KTC Mobile application.

1. Upon successful redemption, members will receive a unique code in the format HVKTC26XXXX, which can be used to reserve a rental vehicle with Hertz Thailand and receive the applicable discount and privileges.
2. Reservations must be made exclusively through Line Official Account: @hertzth
3. One e-Coupon is valid for a 24-hour rental period, subject to the provider's terms and conditions.
4. The special rate includes:
   • Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) with no deductible.
   • Weekend Charge Waiver (Friday–Sunday).
   • Tire and Windshield Protection (TW).
   • One complimentary additional driver.
   • Unlimited mileage.
   • 7% VAT.
5. The promotion does not include Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), or optional products and services. These may be purchased at any Hertz Thailand branch upon vehicle pickup.
6. In the event of damage or loss that cannot be recovered, the member may be liable for any amount exceeding THB 30,000.
7. Vehicles must be collected and returned during branch operating hours. Additional charges will apply for after-hours pickup or return, according to the rates published by Hertz Thailand.
8. At the time of pickup, members must present a valid KTC credit card for a security deposit authorization of THB 5,000.
9. This promotion is valid at 15 participating Hertz Thailand locations, excluding Nan, Phitsanulok, Nakhon Si Thammarat, and Trang.
10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
11. This benefit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
12. Reservation changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. A fee of THB 200 per amendment will apply. Requests must be submitted to reserve@hertzthailand.com. Confirmed reservations are non-refundable except in cases caused by the provider or force majeure.
13. Vehicles must be returned to the same branch unless the rental period is 3 days or more.

• Rentals of 3–4 days are subject to a one-way fee based on distance.
• Rentals of 5 days or more may return the vehicle free of charge at participating locations.

14. One-way return charges will apply in all cases involving Nan, Phitsanulok, Nakhon Si Thammarat, and Trang branches.
15. Other conditions are subject to the provider's policies.

Important Notes

• Hertz Thailand reserves the right to place a security deposit hold of THB 5,000 on the renter's KTC credit card. The credit card must be under the same name as the renter and the driver's license holder.
• This promotion includes three additional privileges available only during the specified campaign period. As the online booking system primarily displays standard rental conditions, these additional benefits may not appear on the booking page. However, eligible customers who complete their reservation according to the promotion terms will receive all applicable benefits.
