   6.    The special rate includes the following privileges:

• Complimentary Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) – No Deductible insurance coverage
  The rate displayed on the website already includes the insurance coverage. No additional purchase is required on the booking page.
• Complimentary Weekend Charge waiver (No additional surcharge on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays)
• Complimentary 4-hour grace period for late return (Applicable only when the vehicle pick-up and return times are the same.)
  For example, if the vehicle is picked up at 10:00 AM and scheduled to be returned at 10:00 AM, customers wishing to return the vehicle later must inform the branch staff on the pick-up date. The maximum extension period is 4 hours.
• One additional driver included
• Unlimited mileage
• 7% VAT included

   7.  This privilege does not include Tire Protection (TW), Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), or any additional optional services.         
        These services may be purchased separately at any Hertz Thailand branch nationwide.
   8.   In the event of damage or loss that cannot be recovered, an excess charge of over THB 30,000 may apply.
   9.   Vehicles may only be collected during branch operating hours. Additional charges will apply for pick-up or return outside operating hours.

10.   On the vehicle pick-up date, the renter is required to present a credit card for a security deposit authorization of THB 5,000 for all vehicle groups.
11. This privilege cannot be transferred, changed, exchanged, or used in conjunction with any other promotions.

14. One-way rental returns are available for rentals of 3 days or more, subject to the following conditions:

• Rentals of 3–4 days: One-way rental fees will apply based on the designated distance.
• Rentals of 5 days or more: No one-way rental fee will be charged.
• Vehicles rented from Sub-License branches are not eligible for one-way returns under any circumstances.

Important Notes

• For all rental agreements, the Company reserves the right to authorize a security deposit of THB 5,000 via credit card. The credit card must belong to the renter and match the name on the driver’s license only.
• This special promotion includes 3 additional exclusive privileges available only during the specified promotional period and campaign. As the online booking system primarily displays standard conditions, these additional privileges may not appear on the website. However, customers who complete their bookings according to the specified conditions will receive all promotional benefits accordingly.
