1. This special privilege is exclusively available to Bank of Ayudhya Customers., offering a special car rental rate with Hertz Thailand, starting from THB 790 per day.
   Availability is subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking.
2. The special rate is valid only for bookings made through the official website: hertzthailand.com, by entering the applicable Promo Code according to the travel period and conditions specified by the Company.

5. This special rate is valid for credit card payment under the “Pay Now” option only.
6. This special rate includes the following privileges:

• Complimentary No Deductible Insurance, which is Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW).
  The price displayed on the website already includes this insurance. No additional purchase is required online.
• Free Weekend Charge (No additional charge for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
• 4-hour Grace Period for Late Return (Applicable only when pick-up and return times are the same)
  For example, if the vehicle is picked up at 10:00 AM and returned at 10:00 AM, and you wish to return the vehicle later than the scheduled time, you must inform the branch staff on the pick-up date (maximum 4 hours).
• One (1) additional driver
• Unlimited mileage
• 7% Value Added Tax (VAT)

7. This privilege does not include Tire and Windshield Protection (TW), Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), or any optional extras. These services may be purchased at any Hertz Thailand branch nationwide.
8. In the event of damage or total loss that cannot be recovered, a maximum excess of THB 30,000 will apply.
9. On the pick-up date, vehicles can only be collected during branch operating hours. An additional service fee will apply per transaction for pick-up or return outside operating hours.
10. On the pick-up date, the renter must present a credit card for a security deposit pre-authorization of THB 5,000 for all vehicle models.
11. This privilege is non-transferable and cannot be changed, exchanged, or combined with any other promotions.
12. For reservation amendments, customers must notify at least 48 hours in advance. An amendment fee of THB 200 per change will apply. Please contact reserve@hertzthailand.com.
13. This privilege is valid for car rental reservations at all 18 Hertz Thailand locations, as follows:

14. One-way rentals are permitted for rentals of 3 days or more, subject to the following conditions:

• For rentals of 3–4 days, a one-way fee will apply based on the specified distance.
• For rentals of 5 days or more, the one-way fee will be waived.
• One-way rentals are not permitted for vehicles rented from Sub-License branches under any circumstances.

15. All terms and conditions are subject to Hertz Thailand’s policies. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Important Notes

• For the rental agreement, the company reserves the right to pre-authorize a security deposit of THB 5,000 on the renter’s credit card. The credit card must be in the same name as the renter and must match the name on the driver’s license only.
• For this special promotion, the company offers three (3) additional exclusive privileges, applicable only to the specified campaign and promotional period. As the online booking system primarily displays standard terms and conditions, these additional privileges may not appear on the website. However, customers who make a reservation in accordance with the specified conditions will receive all promotional benefits accordingly.
