Exclusive Privilege for Make Awake fans.

1. This special privilege is exclusively available to Make Awake fans, offering a special car rental rate with Hertz Thailand, starting from THB 790 per day.
   Availability is subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking.
2. The special rate is valid only for bookings made through the official website: hertzthailand.com, by entering the applicable Promo Code according to the travel period and conditions specified by the Company.
3. Booking Period:
   From 15 January 2026 to 20 December 2026
4. Travel Periods are divided into two phases as follows:

  ♥ Travel Period 1: 17 January 2026 – 30 September 2026

  ♥ Travel Period 2: 1 October 2026 – 22 December 2026

5. This special rate and privilege are not valid during the following blackout periods:
   • 13 – 22 February 2026
   • 10 – 20 April 2026
6. The special rate is applicable only for Pay Now bookings paid by credit card.
7. The special rate includes the following benefits:
   • Full insurance coverage (No Deductible) under the Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) with zero excess.
     No additional purchase is required on the website. If SCDW is selected and purchased additionally online, the Company reserves the right not to provide any refund under any circumstances.
   • Weekend Charge waived (no surcharge on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
   • 4-hour late return allowance, calculated from the vehicle pick-up time and applicable during branch operating hours only.
     If the vehicle is returned more than 4 hours late, an additional one-day rental charge will apply.
     Customers are advised to select identical pick-up and return times. The system will automatically allow an additional 4 hours.
     If mismatched pick-up and return times are selected, the system will calculate additional charges exceeding 24 hours, and the Company reserves the right not to refund under any circumstances.
   • One additional authorized driver
   • Unlimited mileage
   • 7% Value Added Tax (VAT)
8. This privilege does not include Tire and Windshield Insurance (TW), Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), or other optional services.
   These additional services may be purchased at any Hertz Thailand branch nationwide.
9. In the event of damage or loss that cannot be recovered, the renter will be responsible for any excess amount exceeding THB 30,000.
10. Vehicles can be picked up and returned only during branch operating hours.
    Additional charges will apply for pick-up or return outside operating hours, per occurrence.
11. This privilege is valid for car rentals at 18 participating Hertz Thailand locations (The Trang branch is not participating.)
12. This privilege cannot be combined with any other promotions or special offers.
13. For any booking modification, customers must notify at least 48 hours in advance.
    A service fee of THB 200 per modification will apply.

14. One-way rentals (returning the vehicle at a different branch) are permitted for rentals of 3 days or more, subject to the following conditions:

• Rentals of 3–4 days: One-way fee will be charged based on the specified distance.
• Rentals of 5 days or more: One-way fee is waived.
• One-way returns are not permitted for rentals originating from Nan, Phitsanulok, Nakhon Si Thammarat, and Trang branches under any circumstances.

15. All terms and conditions are determined by Hertz Thailand, which reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
