7. This special privilege excludes insurance coverage for Tire Coverage (TW), Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), and other additional services. These can be purchased separately through www.hertzthailand.com or at Hertz Thailand service branches nationwide.
8. 8. Fixed excess amount of THB 30,000 in the event of total loss from accident to rental vehicle.
   9. Pick-up or return of a vehicle outside of office hours is subject to an additional service charge per trip.
9. On the day of car pickup, the company will pre-authorize a deposit of 5,000 Baht on credit card, apart from paying the rental fee.

    12. The privilege cannot be transferred, changed, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
    13. In the event of reservation changes made via email at reserve@hertzthailand.com, customers must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. A service fee of THB 200 will apply per change. The company reserves the right not to issue refunds in any case.

  Returning the rental vehicle to a different branch is allowed for rentals of 3 days or more, subject to the following conditions:
  • For rentals of 3 to 4 days, a fee for returning the vehicle to a different branch will be charged based on the specified distance.
  • For rentals of 5 days or more, no additional fee will be charged for returning the vehicle to a different branch.
  • Please note that vehicles rented from the Nan Nakhon Airport, Phitsanulok Airport, Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport (Hertz Office), Trang Airport are not eligible for return to
  a different branch under any circumstances.
