3. Special privilege for customers who book and rent the car during 16 Aug 2024 – 14 Aug 2025
4. This special privilege is for
   • Using Promo Code: HPKN24, booking via www.hertzthailand.com with Pay Now option only during 17 Aug 2024 - 30 Sep 2024 / 1 Feb 2025 - 31 May 2025
   • Using Promo Code: HPKN24S, booking via www.hertzthailand.com with Pay Now option only during 1 Oct 2024 - 31 Jan 2025

5. This special privilege excludes travel during 23 Dec 2024 – 12 Jan 2025 and 10 – 20 Apr 2025
6. This special privilege includes:

• Insurance coverage for Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)
• Free Return late 4 hours (calculated from the pickup time and only within branch operating hours and if the customer returns the car later than the given grace period, a full-day rental fee will be charged)
• 1 additional driver
• Unlimited kilometers
• Price include VAT 7%

7. Weekend Charge fee of an additional THB 200 per day applies on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
8. This special privilege is valid for Pay Now payment option only
9. This special privilege excludes insurance coverage for Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW), Tire Coverage (TW), Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), and other additional services. These can be purchased separately through www.hertzthailand.com or at Hertz Thailand service branches nationwide.
10. On the day of car pickup, the company will pre-authorize a deposit of 5,000 Baht on credit card, apart from paying the rental fee.
11. Fixed excess amount of THB 30,000 in the event of total loss from accident to rental vehicle.
12. This exclusive privilege is applicable for car rentals at all Hertz Car Rental (Thailand)
13. This offer cannot be combined with other promotional sales programs.
14. The privilege cannot be transferred, changed, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
15. In the event of reservation changes through the Call Center, customers must notify at least 48 hours in advance, incurring a service fee of THB 200 per change. The company reserves the right to not refund in any case.
16. Conditions for returning rental cars to different branches: The Company reserves the right to deny returns to different branches for rentals of 3 days or less.
    - For 3-4 day rentals, a service fee is charged based on the specified distance.
    - For rentals of 5 days or more, no service fee is charged except for Nakhon and Phitsanulok branches.
17. All terms and conditions are subject to the regulations set by Hertz Car Rental (Thailand), and the company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.
