Terms and Conditions for Privilege Benefits:

1. Exclusive privileges for KTC Credit Card: Enjoy special rental rates with Hertz Car Rental (Thailand) and get discounts of up to 25% off (From the standard rates.)
2. This exclusive privilege specifies Promo Code and make your reservation through www.hertzthailand.com only.
3. The special privilege includes basic insurance coverage (CDW), one additional driver, unlimited mileage, and 7% value-added tax.
4. Upon vehicle pickup, the company requires authorization of THB 5,000, in addition to payment through KTC credit cards only.
5. This special privilege excludes insurance coverage for Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW), Tire Coverage (TW), Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), and other additional services. These can be purchased separately through www.hertzthailand.com or at Hertz Thailand service branches nationwide.
6. This exclusive privilege is applicable for car rentals at all Hertz Car Rental (Thailand)
7. This offer cannot be combined with other promotional sales programs.
8. The privilege cannot be transferred, changed, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
9. In the event of reservation changes through the Call Center, customers must notify at least 48 hours in advance, incurring a service fee of THB 200 per change. The company reserves the right to not refund in any case.
10. Weekend Charge fee of an additional THB 200 per day applies on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
11. Car rental is based on a 24-hour period, with an additional charge of 25% per hour after the first hour. If the rental exceeds 4 hours, it will be charged as a full day. (Travel period: 15 Apr. – 31 Oct. 2024 Return late free 4 hr.) 
12. For pickup or drop-off outside the location, free service is provided for rentals of 3 days or more within a 15-kilometer radius from the Hertz branch during business hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM). 13. Conditions for returning rental cars to different branches: The company reserves the right to deny returns to different branches for rentals of 3 days or less.
    - For 3-4 day rentals, a service fee is charged based on the specified distance.
    - For rentals of 5 days or more, no service fee is charged except for Nakhon and Phitsanulok branches.
14. All terms and conditions are set by Hertz Car Rental (Thailand), and the company reserves the right to modify them without prior notice.
