Terms and Conditions for Benefits

1. Exclusive Offer for ONYX Rewards Members Only – ONYX Rewards members must present their membership card when picking up the car to receive a special rental rate with Hertz Thailand. Starting rates are from 790 THB/day (subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking).
2. Booking Channel – Special rates are available only for bookings made through the website hertzthailand.com (Promo Code must be entered according to travel period conditions specified by the company).
3. Booking Period – December 1, 2024 – November 30, 2025.
4. Travel Periods:

• Period 1: December 2, 2024 – January 31, 2025, and October 1, 2025 – December 1, 2025 (Promo Code: HPONYX24S)
• Period 2: February 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025 (Promo Code: HPONYX24)
• Blackout Periods – Not valid for travel during December 23, 2024 – January 12, 2025, and April 10 – April 20, 2025.

7. Exclusions – This offer does not include Tire Coverage (TW), Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), or additional services. These can be purchased separately at any Hertz Thailand branch.
8. Damage or Loss Policy – Any damage or loss exceeding 30,000 THB will be charged to the renter.
9. Pick-Up and Drop-Off – Vehicles can be collected and returned only during branch operating hours. Off-hours pick-up or return will incur an additional fee.
10. A deposit - On the day of car pickup, the company will pre-authorize a deposit of 5,000 Baht on credit card, apart from paying the rental fee.
11. Availability – This offer is valid at all Hertz Thailand locations nationwide.
12. Non-Transferable – The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, transferred, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
13. Reservation Changes – Changes to reservations require a minimum of 48 hours' notice, with a 200 THB fee per change. Contact reserve@hertzthailand.com. No refunds for cancellations.
14. Different Location Return – Conditions for returning rental cars to different branches: The Company reserves the right to deny returns to different branches for rentals of 3 days or less.

• For 3-4 day rentals, a service fee is charged based on the specified distance.
• For rentals of 5 days or more, no service fee is charged except for Nakhon and Phitsanulok branches.

17. Accident Notification – Renters must notify Hertz Thailand immediately in the event of an accident and follow the protocols set by Hertz Thailand. Failure to do so may affect the resolution process.
