3. The special offers are valid for car rentals at any Hertz Thailand location nationwide, excluding sublicense branches in Nakhon Si Thammarat.

7. This special privilege includes:
- Insurance coverage for Super Collision Damage Waiver (No Deduct)
- Free car return for up to 4 hours late. (Customers can choose a return time that aligns with their schedule. For example: If you select a pickup time of 10:00 a.m. and a return time of 10:00 a.m. 24 hrs. But you can return the car by 2:00 p.m. without any additional charge.)
- 1 additional driver
- Unlimited kilometers
- Price include VAT 7%
8. Weekend Charge fee of an additional THB 200 per day applies on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
9. This special privilege excludes insurance coverage for Tire Coverage (TW), Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), and other additional services. These can be purchased separately through www.hertzthailand.com or at Hertz Thailand service branches nationwide.
10. Fixed excess amount of THB 30,000 in the event of total loss from accident to rental vehicle.
11. On the day of car pickup, the company will pre-authorize a deposit of 5,000 Baht on credit card, apart from paying the rental fee.
12. Pick-up or return of a vehicle outside of office hours is subject to an additional service charge per trip.
13. This offer cannot be combined with other promotional sales programs.
14. The privilege cannot be transferred, changed, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
15. In the event of reservation changes through the Call Center, customers must notify at least 48 hours in advance, incurring a service fee of THB 200 per change. The company reserves the right to not refund in any case.
16. Conditions for returning rental cars to different branches: The Company reserves the right to deny returns to different branches for rentals of 3 days or less.
- For 3-4 day rentals, a service fee is charged based on the specified distance.
- Fees are waived for rentals of 5 days or more.
- Returning a car to a different Hertz Thailand location in Nan, Phitsanulok and Nakhon Si Thammarat is not available in all cases.
