Term and Conditions

1. Special privileges for True customers, get a special car rental privilege with Hertz Car Rental (Thailand) starting from 990 baht/day by making a reservation in advance via Call Centre 02 266 4666
2. Customers bring the code received from clicking to receive privileges. Enter the code in the Promo Code field. Book via Call Centre 02 266 4666
3. One day car rental is equivalent to 24 hours, if more than 1 hour an additional 25?cumulative per hour of the normal rental price will be charged. If more than 4 hours, 1 day of the normal rental price will be charged.
4. For True Black Card customers can return the car later for free 4 hours for participating car models by showing and opening at True ID Application and if more than 4 hours, the price will be charged as a car rental for 1 day from the normal price.
5. This privilege is for booking a rental car with Hertz Car Rental (Thailand) all locations.
6. This privilege includes 1 additional driver, unlimited kilometers. and VAT 7%
7. This privilege is for using Promo Code booking via Call Centre 02 266 4666 and pay later at counter with credit card.
8. Pre-authorized THB 5,000 from valid CREDIT CARD ONLY is required once make a rental agreement on pick up date.
9. This privilege does not include first class insurance (SCDW), tire insurance (TW), loss of vehicle insurance (TP), personal accident insurance (PAI) and other additional services. These can be purchased Hertz Thailand service branches nationwide.
10. This privilege cannot be used with other promotions.
11. This privilege cannot be transferred / exchanged/ Cancel / changed to cash.
12. For any modification made through our call Centre 02 266 4666, Please notify us lease 48 hours in advance (depends on the car available at that time). A service fee of 200 baht applies for each modification. The reservation cannot cancel in any case. If it is canceled, the customer cannot use this privilege next time.
13. Weekend Charge of an additional 200 baht/day applies on rentals during Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
14. Delivery and collection services are available only for rentals of 3 days or more, free of charge within 15 kilometers radius distance from the Hertz location during business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. If more than 15 kilometers, an additional service fee will be charged. Please contact reserve@hertzthailand.com or Call Center 02 266 4666 to check delivery and collection service availability and service fees.
15. One Way Rentals are only available when renting a car from 3 days onwards.

• Renting a car for 3-4 days, the service fee will apply according to the specified distance.
• In case of renting a car for 5 days or more, there is no one way rental service charges *Except for Nan and Phitsanulok branches where there will be a service fee in all cases.

16. Hertz standard rental requirements, rental qualifications and return restrictions applied and Hertz Thailand reserves the right to modify and/or cancel this offer and/or conditions without prior notice.
