1. This exclusive offer is valid only for Bangkok Bank credit cardholders. Get a special price for car rental with Hertz Car Rental (Thailand) and enjoy up to a 20% discount from the regular website prices. This offer is subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking.
2. To avail this exclusive offer, use the promo code. Bookings must be made through the Hertz Thailand website (www.hertzthailand.com) or the Hertz Thailand application.
3. This offer can be used for both Pay Now and Pay Later payment options.
4. This offer includes basic insurance coverage (CDW), one additional driver, unlimited mileage, and 7% VAT.
5. Upon vehicle pickup, the company requires a refundable deposit of THB 5,000, apart from paying the rental fee with a Bangkok Bank credit card.
6. This offer does not include insurance coverage for Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW), Tire Waiver (TW), Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), or any other additional services. These can be purchased separately through the Hertz Thailand website or at Hertz Thailand branches.
7. This offer is applicable for car rental bookings with Hertz Car Rental (Thailand) at all branches.
8. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or sales campaigns.
9. This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted into cash.
10. In case changes to the booking are required through the Call Center, customers must provide a minimum 48-hour advance notice. A fee of THB 200 per change will apply. Please contact 02-266-4666. The company reserves the right to refuse refunds in all cases.
11. A Weekend Charge of THB 200 per day will apply on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
12. The rental period is based on a 24-hour day. If the rental exceeds one hour, an additional charge of 25% per hour of the regular rental price will apply. If the rental exceeds four hours, it will be charged as a full day of the regular rental price.
13. For off-site vehicle pickup or drop-off, this service is available only for rentals of 3 days or more and is free for distances within 15 kilometers from the Hertz branch location during business hours from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM. For distances exceeding 15 kilometers, additional fees will apply. 14. Cross-branch rental return policy: The company reserves the right to refuse rental returns at different branch locations for rentals of 3 days or more.

• For 3-4 day rentals, charges will apply based on the designated distance.
• For rentals of 5 days or more, no charges will apply, except for Nan and Phitsanulok branches, which will incur additional charges.

15. All terms and conditions are subject to Hertz Car Rental (Thailand) regulations. The company reserves the right to change terms, conditions, and regulations without prior notice.
